Meet Pamela Toney
Pamela Toney is the founder of Org-IQ, where she helps leaders turn strategy into results by fixing what’s not working inside their organizations. She is known for stepping into complexity, creating clarity, and building the systems and accountability structures that make progress inevitable.
With more than 15 years of senior leadership experience, Pamela operates at the intersection of strategy, people, and execution. She has led large-scale organizational change, built and realigned teams, and designed operational systems across finance, human resources, technology, enrollment and customer success. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: strong results come from clear roles, aligned systems, and leaders who are supported to execute—not carry everything themselves.
Pamela’s approach is practical, direct, and deeply execution-focused. She doesn’t deliver abstract recommendations or glossy strategy decks. Instead, she partners with leaders to diagnose root causes, design structures that work in the real world, and put clear ownership and performance systems in place. The result is organizations that run better—clearer decisions, stronger accountability, and measurable outcomes.
